- Delivery Protocol
All digital assets purchased via www.screentimenewzealand.com are delivered electronically. Upon successful processing of payment, you will receive an automated email containing a secure download link or access instructions sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Supported Formats: Our assets are provided in industry-standard formats, including but not limited to MP4, MOV, ProRes, and high-resolution JPEG/PNG, compatible with most professional non-linear editing software and creative suites.
Delivery Timeframe: Access is typically granted within 24 hours of purchase. Should you fail to receive your access credentials within this timeframe, please contact us at video@screentimenewzealand.com.
- Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations applicable to digital content supplied to European consumers:
Waiver of Right of Withdrawal: By proceeding with the purchase and clicking the download or access link, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the digital content delivery. You acknowledge that, upon the commencement of delivery, you forfeit your statutory right to cancel the contract and request a refund under the 14-day cooling-off period.
Defective Files: We implement rigorous quality control protocols. If you encounter a corrupted file or a technical issue preventing access to the content, you must notify us within 48 hours of the initial delivery. We will evaluate the report and, at our sole discretion, provide a corrected file or access link.
- Limited Usage License and Intellectual Property
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to utilize the acquired digital assets for your projects.
Ownership: You do not acquire ownership of the digital assets. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright in the code, visual elements, graphics, and associated metadata, remain the sole and exclusive property of Screentime New Zealand Limited.
Permitted Use: Assets may be used within your video production projects.
Prohibited Use: You are strictly prohibited from:
Extracting, reverse-engineering, or decompiling the provided files.
Redistributing, selling, sub-licensing, or sharing the raw assets with third parties.
Using the assets in a manner that implies endorsement or association without prior written consent.
Incorporating these assets into templates or products intended for resale.
Any unauthorized use or reproduction of these materials constitutes a breach of these terms and will be subject to legal action under the jurisdiction of New Zealand law.
- Compliance and Governing Law
Screentime New Zealand Limited operates in compliance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and relevant European Union data protection regulations. This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
